July 31, 2007: EOC Tech providing quality career education for 25 years and counting

August 27, 2007: Thomas Combs an EOC Tech EMT student, experiences the birth of a baby "up close and personal" while assisting on a clinical with EMSA.

December 19, 2007: With the recent fire at Jones High School, Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center has extended a helping hand by donating items for students and teachers and offered to be of assistance by allowing eligible students to remain on campus all day.

December 20, 2007: Friday, December 21st, marked the third graduating class of Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center’s Fire Academy. 

February 27, 2008: Tuesday, February 12, 2008, students recognized for outstanding achievement and success in technical education were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society at a special ceremony held in the Seminar Center.  Guest speaker for the event was Mr. Tyler Fleck, Captain of the Oklahoma City Blazers Hockey Team. 

June 3, 2008: May 19-23, Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center (EOC Tech) was the site of a specialized safety training course for Air Liquide team members who arrived from across the country.  Air Liquide is a major producer of Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Carbon Dioxide, Hydrogen, and other gases and liquefied gases for industrial, medical, food, and other applications. 

June 4, 2008: Twenty-three teams from across the nation represented their technical schools in Reno, Nevada for the Business Professionals of America competition, Network Design division.  Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center (EOC Tech) was represented by Ryan Jenkins of Harrah and Kevin Lewis of Choctaw.

June 4, 2008: May 13 marked the 25th graduating class from Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center.  The class of 127 was comprised of high school students, home-schooled students, and adults from Choctaw, Harrah, Jones, Luther, McCloud, Midwest City, and Nicoma Park.
