GED Classes
Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center offers a GED program designed to give residents greater flexibility in their educational pursuits. Students have the opportunity to use modern technology to prepare for the GED test.
An entry-level assessment indicates where each student should start for a comfortable level of learning. Students receive 100 hours of classroom instruction to prepare for the high school equivalency credential. Testing may be done at Rose State College or Oklahoma City Community College. No GED testing is done at EOC Tech.
FREE GED CLASS CLASSES OFFERED AT EOC TECH CAMPUS
GED classes will be offered at the EOC Tech campus starting Tuesday, Janary 20, 2009. The class will meet from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday through May 14, 2009. This course uses a variety of methods to prepare you for the GED exam by improving your academic skills. Students receive 100 hours of classroom instruction to prepare for the high school equivalency credential. Sign up with the instructor on the first day you attend class. Must be at least 18 years to attend. The GED exam may be taken at the completion of the program. Cost for the test is $40. Note: No GED testing will be done at EOC Tech. Testing can be done at Rose State College or Oklahoma City Community College. The instructor will have the contact information.
